Tube Furnaces
 
Lava Series tube furnaces are tube-type laboratory furnaces, up to maximum temperature of 1200˚C with 250 mm - 900 mm heating zone. This tube furnaces has different types as single or multi-controlled areas; vertical, horizontal or universal (angled).

    Mullite Tubes (C610 quality, Halldenwanger) are used in Lava series because of having very high thermal shock resistance. This type tubes allows the furnace work with different atmospheric conditions and in a vacuum.

The “LAVA Series” are designed after the accomplishment of engineering studies such as; heat transfer, material strength, heat generation and power consumption calculations and produced by the use of fiber boards that have low heat transfer coefficient for performance, quality and reliability. In order to form a safe working area, by the means of double skin housing with ventilation gaps and adequate insulation the outer surface temperature is minimized.

Heating elements of the furnaces are applied based on calculations of the temperature range and the heat endurance of the furnaces.

The custom design PID control devices produced for our company minimizes the heat fluctuations on the set values. Every step on the control devices can be defined up to 9999 minutes and in case of a power loss the system resumes on.
